The Department of Physical Education is functioning in the second floor of the College main building. The College sport teams participated in the various tournaments under the auspices of the M G University and Invitation Tournaments organised by other Colleges. The Department is also proud to have organized various tournaments which not only improves the sporting talent of the students but also help the students to improve upon their organizational and leadership qualities.Every year the Department admits students under sports quota in accordance with the sports merit norms laid down by the M G University. Two seats in each Degree courses is reserved for sports men. The Department organised coaching camps in the campus and sent the players to participate in the coaching camps conducted by MG University and Sports Council. We provide modern play materials and uniforms to the players selected to represent the College teams. Approximately 10 teams to participate in the tournaments organised by the MG University.
