The Department of Law of the college started in the year 1997 consisting of one faculty member The department was initiated with the purpose of providing legal education for the undergraduate programmes of commerce and management. The major focus and objective are to make our learners vibrant, socially committed, and inspired citizens of the future. To facilitate the students to get acquainted with the various provisions of the law in the area of commerce, management, and other walks of life. The Department makes steady progress in academic performance. The department affirms its commitment and responsibility to the student community through associated activities such as the organization of seminars and discussions. Further, the department conducts legal awareness classes in departments of biotechnology, physics, computer science, and mathematics as extension activities.
