DRESS, BEHAVIOUR & GENERAL DISCIPLINE
With regard to all matters connected with the conduct in and out, the college students are expected to behave themselves in accordance with the best standards of manners and behaviour.
Students shall wear the prescribed uniform on all working days except Wednesdays. Those who voilate the dress code will be fined Rs. 50/- per day
Political activities are completely banned in the college campus. Students indulging and involving in any kind of political activity on campus are liable to be dismissed from the college. No student shall bring into the college campus any banner, flag, board, notice, pamphlet or other such materials for any political activity
Students shall not organise or attend meetings other than official ones on the campus.
Students resorting to strikes shall not enter corridors or class rooms or campus
Students are required to make as little noise as possible when they move from one class to another and during the interval time.
While a class is in progress no student shall enter or leave the class without the permission of the teacher. Students are not allowed to loiter around the corridors of the college talking or laughing aloud during class hours. Students who have no work during any particular period shall remain in the reading room/class room without making noise.
Students shall handle all college property with care. They are not allowed to disfigure the walls, desks or benches with any writings or engravings. They shall not throw rubbish in college premises. In case of any violation common fine will be charged.
No notice or appeal of any kind shall be circulated among the students or pasted on the notice board or anywhere within the college premises without the written consent of the Principal. Students are not allowed to organise or conduct meeting in the college or collect money for any purpose without the formal permission of the Principal.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, snuffing, chewing, card playing, usage of illicit drugs etc. are strictly prohibited on the college campus.
Irregular attendance, insubordination to teachers, habitual absence from class work, obscenity in word or act and any other charge of misconduct found by the Principal are sufficient reasons for suspension or expulsion from the college
An adverse entry on the conduct of a student in the confidential register may debar them from receiving a certificate of good conduct and character from the Principal.
Ragging is banned on the college campus. Anyone found guilty of ragging and abetting ragging is liable to be punished as per the directive of the UGC and Govt. Any incident of ragging will be dealt with seriously.
As per the Govt. order No. Rt/No.346/05/ Higher Edn. dt.1-3-2005 students are not allowed to use mobile phone on the campus. Students shall not bring their vehicles beyond the specified parking area.
No type of vehicles shall be used during celebrations on the college campus. Students will be allowed to bring their vehicles only up to the designated parking area. Entry beyond that point is strictly prohibited
